DDA Janta Awaas Yojana Phase II 2026 में 209 EWS Flats की पेशकश

Delhi Development Authority (DDA) ने DDA Janta Awaas Yojana Phase II 2026 शुरू करने की घोषणा की है। इस housing scheme के तहत Rohtak Road, Near Jhakhira Flyover, New Delhi स्थित Group Housing Project “Pragati-1” में कुल 209 EWS flats की पेशकश की गई है।

DDA का यह circular 24 September 2026 को जारी किया गया है। Scheme के तहत flats का disposal computerized draw के माध्यम से किया जाएगा।

ये EWS flats Rohtak Road, Near Jhakhira Flyover, New Delhi – 110026 में स्थित Group Housing Project “Pragati-1” में हैं। Circular के अनुसार project का developer entity M/s DLF Urban Pvt. Ltd. है।
🏠 कुल 209 EWS Flats

DDA Janta Awaas Yojana Phase II 2026 में कुल 209 EWS flats offer किए गए हैं। Circular के अनुसार flats का approximate plinth area, common area सहित, 61.48 से 62.77 sq. m. है। इसके साथ 7.08 sq. m. scooter parking area भी दिया गया है।
💰 Flat की Tentative Price

DDA circular में इन flats की broad range of tentative price ₹34.86 लाख से ₹35.50 लाख दी गई है। यह price GST को छोड़कर है। Actual disposal price individual flat के actual plinth area के अनुसार अलग हो सकती है।

इसलिए applicants को final demand और applicable charges के लिए DDA द्वारा जारी official information को जरूर check करना चाहिए।
📅 Registration कब शुरू होगी?

DDA Janta Awaas Yojana Phase II 2026 registration 7 October 2026 से शुरू होगी।

🎟️ Allotment कैसे होगा?

DDA के अनुसार eligible applicants को computerized draw based on random number technique के माध्यम से allotment के लिए consider किया जाएगा। Draw online mode में transparent manner में independent observers की मौजूदगी में आयोजित किया जाएगा और इसे web-stream भी किया जाएगा।

Circular के अनुसार applicant को निम्न प्रमुख eligibility conditions पूरी करनी होंगी:

Applicant भारत का citizen होना चाहिए।
Registration की अंतिम तारीख तक applicant की उम्र कम से कम 18 वर्ष होनी चाहिए।
Applicant legally competent to enter into a contract होना चाहिए।
Delhi में land या built-up property own करने पर कोई restriction नहीं है।
EWS flats के लिए applicant और applicable joint/co-applicant की annual family income ₹10 लाख से अधिक नहीं होनी चाहिए।
Applicant को competent authority द्वारा जारी valid EWS income certificate देना होगा।
Applicant के नाम का savings bank account होना चाहिए।
Application में Permanent Account Number (PAN) देना जरूरी है।

Joint application और reserved categories से संबंधित eligibility conditions DDA circular में अलग से दी गई हैं। Applicants को registration से पहले पूरा scheme document ध्यान से पढ़ना चाहिए।
💳 Registration के लिए कितनी राशि देनी होगी?

DDA circular के अनुसार इस scheme में participate करने के लिए applicant को ₹2,500 की राशि online pay करनी होगी। यह registration amount non-refundable है।
🌐 DDA Janta Awaas Yojana Phase II 2026 के लिए Apply कैसे करें?

Interested applicants को DDA की official website dda.gov.in या DDA Awaas Portal eservices.dda.org.in पर जाकर login credentials create करने होंगे। Circular के अनुसार PAN और अन्य आवश्यक details के साथ registration process पूरा किया जाएगा।

Applicants को इसी scheme के लिए specifically register करना होगा, भले ही वे पहले से DDA में registered हों।
