DDA Karmajeevi Awaas Yojana 2026 के तहत Narela में 544 अतिरिक्त flats offer किए गए हैं। Delhi Development Authority (DDA) ने 8 September 2026 को जारी circular में Pocket 11, Sector A1-A4, Narela में इन newly constructed flats की पेशकश की है।

इस नए addition में कुल 544 flats शामिल हैं:

• 256 1-BHK flats — Tower Z
• 288 2-BHK flats — Towers N & P

25% Discount के बाद कीमत

DDA के circular के अनुसार 1-BHK flats की tentative disposal price, maintenance charges को छोड़कर, लगभग ₹33.51 लाख से ₹33.77 लाख के बीच है।

2-BHK flats की tentative disposal price, maintenance charges को छोड़कर, लगभग ₹75.55 लाख से ₹83.58 लाख के बीच है।

इन flats पर 25% discount scheme के तहत लागू है।

Flat Area

1-BHK flats का plinth area, common area और balcony सहित, लगभग 61.07 से 61.55 sq. m. है।

2-BHK flats का plinth area, common area और balcony सहित, लगभग 126.54 से 139.99 sq. m. है।

Parking area भी उपलब्ध है। DDA की flat details में 1-BHK के लिए 5.76 sq. m. और 2-BHK के लिए 11.52 sq. m. parking area दिया गया है।

Booking कब शुरू होगी?

इन 544 additional flats की booking 14 September 2026 को दोपहर 12:00 बजे से शुरू होगी।

Allotment First-Come-First-Serve (FCFS) यानी पहले आओ, पहले पाओ के आधार पर DDA Awaas Portal के माध्यम से किया जाएगा, subject to availability.

DDA ने बताया है कि interested applicants ongoing DDA Karmajeevi Awaas Yojana 2026 में registration करके इन additional flats के लिए participate कर सकते हैं।

Maintenance Charges

DDA circular के अनुसार 1-BHK के लिए ₹75,000 corpus fund और 2-BHK के लिए ₹1,50,000 corpus fund निर्धारित है।

12 महीने के लिए upfront monthly maintenance range:

1-BHK: ₹11,832 से ₹11,925
2-BHK: ₹32,690 से ₹36,164

DDA के circular में कहा गया है कि maintenance charges पर GST नहीं लगाया जाएगा।

महत्वपूर्ण बात

Additional flats पर DDA Karmajeevi Awaas Yojana 2026 के पहले से लागू terms and conditions, eligibility criteria, booking amount और procedures ही लागू रहेंगे।

Interested applicants को booking से पहले DDA की official website और DDA Awaas Portal पर scheme की eligibility, terms, availability और latest instructions जरूर check करनी चाहिए।
